TCL NXTPAPER 14 SWEEPSTAKES— OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR. TCL North America, Suite 200, 25 Edelman, Irvine, California, 92618 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. Begins on June 1st at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on June 16th at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes Period is divided into four (4) weekly entry periods (“Entry Period”) ending each Friday at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER. (a) Online: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit Giveaway June and submit a valid email address via the entry form. (b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Hand-print your full name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: “TCL NXTPAPER 14 Sweepstakes – AMOE,” [PO Box / Street Address, City, State ZIP]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 16th and received by [END DATE + 7]. Limit: one (1) entry per person per email address per Entry Period regardless of method. Use of any automated system, script, bot, or multiple accounts is prohibited and will void all entries from that entrant.

5. PRIZES. Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded — one (1) per Entry Period. Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) TCL NXTPAPER 14 tablet. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $369.99 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,479.96 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash or other substitution except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only.

6. ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION. Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor or its designee from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Drawings will be held on or about each Friday during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond and, if requested, return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond, non-deliverable notification, or non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. TAXES. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, and any other costs or expenses not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners receiving a prize valued at $600 USD or more may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (including Social Security Number or Tax ID for tax reporting purposes) prior to prize fulfillment.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, garbled, undeliverable, or stolen entries or for any technical malfunctions. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, hometown, state, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

11. PRIVACY. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy at [PRIVACY POLICY URL] and to administer this Sweepstakes. By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from TCL and may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

12. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE]. Each entrant waives any right to claim attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
